    I am a strong believer in movement as therapy.  In movement, the body releases a hormone that helps with feelings of happiness and confidence.  Once released into the body, you are then more receptive to accepting that change is possible. The body is healing, getting stronger and the mind is calming and thinking clearer.

     

    I will incorporate to the traditional Hatha yoga style, elements of Anti-Gravity yoga and Thai yoga massage with some aerobic exercise influences.  Additionally, there will be restorative classes and lessons with instruction specifically for those with limited movement and a desire to feel the benefits of yoga!

    Freshly picked, cleaned and cut fruits & vegetables for your smoothies, juices or meals at home

    You try to eat right and as you evolve into a more conscious eater, I want to help with the time and needed effort it takes to plan healthy meals and snacks.

    By providing you with fresh, cleaned (in a sterile environment), cut and portioned vegetables and fruits, you will have the experience of making your own recipes without all the hassle of the shopping, prep and cleanup work.

    Once ordered from our selection, I will prepare sealed bags that will be filled with the fresh ingredients (varying in sizes depending on order amount).

The black butterfly represents change, transformation and re-birth in the physical body and the spiritual and thinking mind.

I am a believer that we can change given the right motivations.  What drives you and where do you want to drive to?  It is a matter of taking the wheel!  So the road is open - where do you go?  What decisions do you make and where do you turn?  I have not always made the best decisions and have made a few if not many bad turns but every one has led me here today.  I see that my motivations changed and my ambition along with it.  Every step counts, including the 1st one.  I'll join you for the rest :-)
